These Terms of Use describe the general rules, responsibilities, and expectations that apply to users, institutions, facilitators, and partners who access or engage with the ImpactKnowledge platform and related services.

ImpactKnowledge is designed to provide structured learning, events, programme participation, and institutional engagement. By accessing or using ImpactKnowledge, users acknowledge they are participating in a structured environment where rules, responsibilities, and platform standards matter.
Use of the Platform
Users must not use the platform to:
- Engage in unlawful behaviour
- Disrupt platform operations
- Misuse content or access privileges
- Impersonate others
- Post harmful or abusive material
- Interfere with other users
- Breach safeguarding or platform rules
Accounts and Access
Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login information. ImpactKnowledge reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where there is misuse, breach of policy, or safeguarding concern.
Content and Intellectual Property
Platform materials, content systems, programme structures, branding, and learning assets are owned by or licensed to ImpactKnowledge. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit platform materials beyond permitted use.
User Contributions
Users remain responsible for ensuring submitted materials are lawful and appropriate. By submitting materials, users may grant ImpactKnowledge limited rights to use contributions for platform or programme purposes.
Platform Availability
ImpactKnowledge aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform where necessary.
Safeguarding and Appropriate Use
Where school-age users or institutions are involved, additional safeguarding expectations apply around age-appropriate participation and learner protection.
Limitation and Responsibility
Users remain responsible for how they interpret and apply platform content. The platform does not guarantee specific educational or professional outcomes unless expressly stated through a formal programme arrangement.
Changes to Terms
Terms may be revised to reflect platform evolution or legal developments. Continued use may constitute acceptance of revised terms.
